About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. If you're passionate about designing impactful learning experiences and have a strong foundation in adult learning principles, we’d love to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging Web-Based Training (WBT) solutions for corporate audiences.
  • Translate business processes, soft skills, compliance, and engineering content into effective eLearning modules.
  • Apply instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model) to create impactful learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and development teams to deliver high-quality content.
  • Ensure consistent tone, style, and accuracy using industry-standard style guides (MSTP, Chicago, or customer-specific).
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) at a medium-to-advanced level of proficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Science, English, or Education.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in instructional design.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional best practices.
  • Experience in creating WBT for corporate customers.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in instructional design or training methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of rapid eLearning tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
