The role involves developing, auditing, and optimizing smart contracts, managing blockchain nodes, and integrating blockchain solutions with modern frameworks. The candidate will work on cutting-edge blockchain platforms and contribute to high-impact projects.Key Responsibilities Develop and deploysmart contractsusing Solidity or Chaincode. Work onEthereum, Quorum, and Hyperledger Fabricplatforms. Managenode operationsand optimizeconsensus mechanisms . Performgas optimizationand conduct thoroughsecurity audits . Integrate smart contracts with frontend and middleware usingWeb3.js ,Truffle , andHardhat . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable blockchain solutions.Required Skills & Competencies Strong experience insmart contract developmentusing Solidity or Chaincode. Hands-on experience withEthereum, Quorum, Hyperledger Fabric . Knowledge ofnode managementandconsensus tuning . Expertise ingas optimizationandblockchain security auditing . Proficiency withWeb3.js ,Truffle , andHardhat . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Education & Experience Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering. 4–6 years of experiencein blockchain development, smart contract deployment, or related roles.Additional Preferences Knowledge ofDeFi protocolsanddApp security . Familiarity withDevOps for blockchainand CI/CD pipelines.
