Experience: Minimum 6+ Years of Experience
Roles and Responsibility:
- on SCOM Migration and perform Rollup Updates for SCOM Environment single handedly.
- knowledge on Management Packs and able to edit MP’s with the Authoring console as per requirement
- knowledge on SCOM Rules & Monitors and create as per Custom requirement.
- knowledge on SCOM SQL queries to check performance/Database/Datawarehouse related issues.
- knowledge on Network Device, Linux server, URL, Service, Log file, File size, Event monitoring.
- to write custom scripts in PowerShell and VB script.
- knowledge on SCOM Reporting and create custom reports with Report builder.
- to manage Team and fix issue in case of any major production issues.
- ,ITM ,Truesight infrastructure component install, upgrade and maintenance
- and developing Monitoring Setup in Azure need to perform END - END activity
- from Truesight to Servicenow ITOM and maintenance
- Dashboard ,Maintenance and creating query as per the customer requirement and strong knowledge in Grafana
- know in Creating and updation of Python ,Perl and Powershell
- field staff in monitoring and evaluation processes and providing ongoing coaching
- experience with Truesight Operations Management and Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Solaris Oracle, MQ, WebSphere and other components as per requirement
- knowledge of RedHat Linux and Windows Operating System
- in setting up Grafana and building Grafana dashboards
- of different variants of Grafana(OSS, Cloud, Enterprise) and the features of each.
- of different community and enterprise plugins and knowledge of usage scenarios
- to write custom plugins.
- in setting up and scaling Grafana on VMs/Kubernetes for production.
- in designing and building monitoring dashboards for IT and Business KPIs
- have experience in Creating Grafana Dashboard
- in bringing data from various systems into Grafana dashboards.
- in setting up users, roles and access control for dashboards and panels.
- overall knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture and Components
- working in client facing Implementation and Support assignments.
- to work in Shifts,
- for providing day-to-day procedural support.
- oral and written communication skills
- Architect -In charge of the infrastructure of BigFix, including servers, relays, SQL, and networking. Also in control of the updating of the BES software infrastructure. Very strong understanding of BES architecture requirements.
