Amazon PPC Specialist

As an Amazon PPC Specialist, you’ll support the strategy, execution, and optimization of Amazon Advertising campaigns across multiple brands and categories. You’ll work closely with team members to manage Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD), analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that drive sales and improve profitability. This is a hands-on, remote position.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, scale, and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across multiple brands and marketplaces.Conduct deep keyword analysis, implement negatives, refine match types, and execute bid strategies to maximise efficiency and profitability.Monitor and interpret advanced performance metrics including ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CVR, CPC, CTR, New-to-Brand, and organic rank movements.Architect full PPC structures for new product launches, including research, campaign build-out, budget planning, and ranking strategy.Build strategic media plans and implement full-funnel Amazon Advertising strategies.Lead weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights, clear recommendations, and performance breakdowns.Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, Creative, and Account Management teams to ensure alignment between PPC, listings, and broader marketplace goals.Stay ahead of Amazon advertising updates, new betas, tools, and competitive trends.Support and lead audits, competitive analysis, and keyword expansion frameworks.Mentor junior PPC specialists and contribute to internal process improvement.Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (agency or brand-side).Deep understanding of ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, attribution nuances, campaign structures, and optimisation logic.Strong proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central, Brand Registry, and retail readiness fundamentals.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, array formulas, dashboards).Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering consistent performance improvements.Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into clear actions.Excellent communication skills with experience presenting results to clients or internal stakeholders.Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proactive learner who stays updated on Amazon Ads trends, betas, and best practices.Nice to HaveExperience with bulk operations, scripts, rules, or campaign automation tools.Familiarity with Amazon SEO, listing optimisation, and retail readiness audits.Experience managing global marketplaces (UK, EU, US, CA).Exposure to DSP or other retail media platforms (not required but beneficial).What We OfferFully remote work-from-home position.Clear growth path into PPC Manager or Senior Strategist roles.Continuous training, quarterly upskilling, and close mentorship from senior Amazon experts.Opportunity to work with high-performing brands across UK, EU, and North America.A performance-driven, collaborative, and supportive team environment.A competitive salary based on industry benchmarks.
