  • Work with teams to improve systems so work flows better and everyone feels supported.
  • Spot gaps and suggest improvements to keep things running smoothly.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in operations, quality control, or similar roles.
  • You enjoy systems, processes, and measurable impact.
  • You notice details that others might miss and care about doing things properly.
  • You want to improve experiences for both clients and teams.
  • You communicate clearly, work well with others, and genuinely care about people.
