Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate learner with core experience in consultative selling of impactful learning programs to clients and individual learners.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage lead pipeline of learning programs related to finance & accounting, ESG, and technology
  • Consultative selling of learning programs by providing in-depth and customized information to interested participants (including senior leaders) who enquire on Uniqus learning programs through phone and email
  • Ensuring that details pertaining to lead discussions are updated real-time on trackers and CRM
  • Guiding and following-up on program milestones, documentation, timelines and payments with customers
  • Digital marketing experience leveraging social media, to manage campaigns around new programs and cohort launches
  • Understanding of e-learning platforms to be able to fully utilize available features and draw insights from learner behaviour
  • Ability to work with a pool of external facilitators to schedule and deliver live virtual or in-person sessions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, including tracking schedule and quality adherence, stakeholder communication, risk identification and mitigation

  • Ability to succeed in a revenue oriented and sales focused environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns. Flawless follow-up skills to move leads to closure
  • Must enjoy customer interaction, have a positive attitude and impeccable phone manners and show the ability to be agreeably persistent with customers.
  • Proven inside sales/ consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening and data analysis skills
  • Ability to reach out to a substantial number of potential prospects in a fast-paced environment, while sharing meaningful information and insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in teams and under pressure


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in L&D or Edtech domain, either as part of an Ed Tech organization or an L&D/ learning academy team member responsible for the training of employees
  • Good understanding of consultative selling and the end-to-end mechanism (from sales to timely payment to enrolment/admission)
  • Prior exposure to working with a sales target, and developing best practices for interaction with customers to correctly articulate the program value and recommend appropriate programs
  • Post-graduation in Management, Business, or any other relevant discipline
  • Exposure to functional training programs in the domain of accounting & finance, or ESG and sustainability will be a plus
