Category Strategy

1. This role involves in analyzing market dynamics of the category, competitor's strategy and develop short term and long-term strategy and its execution compliance to drive category objective.
2. Drive category topline, bottom-line and geography wise market share.
3. Manage product lifecycles, including new product introductions, line extensions, and product discontinuations.
4. This role will drive 360° category development by understanding the offering gap and head room for the category.
5. Collaborate with agencies and marketing communication teams to drive effective advertising, promotions, and trade marketing campaigns.
6. Drive effective utilization of scheme and sales promotion budget for the category.

Category Development & Product premiumization

1. Drive product development and innovation initiatives based on market insights and consumer demand.
2. Collaborate with R&D and technical team for product positioning and product innovation.
3. Identify new product requirement for the category| Improvement in the product category.
4. Drive BTL| communication and digital strategy and its execution compliance.
5. Collaborate with cross functional team for effective execution of category strategies.
6. Work closely with sales team for execution compliances and optimize category performance.
7. More solution centric offering for users| customers to solve their problems

Market insight

1. Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirement and generate insights for any new development.
2. Understand market dynamics and competition strategy and prepare proactive plan to be way ahead of competitions.
