- Identify risks and suggest mitigating controls in the policy / process proposals presented to Risk department for Committee approvals.

- Implement Risk Management frameworks / Basel guidelines / best practices.

- Work on models to predict expected and unexpected loss in Credit, Liquidity, and operational risks.

- Suggest policy level changes in Risk Management policies / credit policies to bring risk within acceptable level.

- Prepare Executive Risk Management Committee (ERMC) / Risk Management Committee (RMC) presentations independently.

- Deep dive into data to bring insights on risk and suggest mitigating controls.

- Work on Risk control Self-Assessment (RCSA) with respective departments.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in case of breach in threshold limits and presenting it to the respective stakeholders and senior management.

- Work in excel, SQL and other data analytics tools to review policy / process proposals to review risks (preferably)
