Xerago is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unica Campaign Consultant. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Unica, enabling them to contribute effectively to data analysis, visualization, and campaign management efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize advanced SQL querying techniques to extract, transform, and manipulate large datasets from various sources to meet analytical requirements.

- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators, trends, and actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful data visualizations.

- Leverage Unica to design, execute, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.

- Generate ad-hoc reports and respond to data-related inquiries in a timely manner.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance data quality and analytical efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience of 4+ years as Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the telecom industry.

- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Proficiency in Tableau for creating insightful and interactive data visualizations.

- Hands-on experience with Unica for marketing campaign management and automation.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
