And we need the right people to keep the fire burning— that’s where you come in.The Role:We’re on the lookout for a go-getter HR Recruiter who can handle hiring for everything — from store staff to production teams to mid- and senior-level roles. If you love connecting people with the right opportunities and want to be part of a legacy brand with startup energy, this one’s for you.What You’ll Be Doing:- Own the full recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding. - Recruit across verticals: Retail, Production, Admin, and Corporate. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs. - Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current & future roles. - Keep the hiring process smooth, fast & people-friendly. - Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.You Should Have:- Experience in recruitment (bonus points if from FMCG, retail, or manufacturing). - Sourcing ninja skills — from portals to LinkedIn to good ol’ referrals. - Strong people skills — you’re approachable, organized, and persistent. - The ability to juggle multiple roles without losing your cool. - A degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.Important Notes:- This is an on-site role — work from our Vadodara head office. - We’re only considering candidates based in or around Vadodara at this time.What’s in It for You:- A chance to grow with a beloved heritage brand that’s constantly evolving. - A fun, collaborative and growth-driven work culture. - Competitive salary & real responsibility from Day 1.
