Role OverviewWe’re looking for ahands-on Data Science & Engineering Leadwith strong experience in LLMs, automation frameworks, and AI-driven backend engineering. You’ll work directly with the founders to drive the architecture, experimentation, automation, and scaling of our voice AI platform. A fast-track pathway exists to becomeHead of Engineeringalong with higherESOP allocation . Key Responsibilities1. LLM Engineering & Agentic WorkflowsArchitect, build, and optimise LLM pipelines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama) Develop advanced memory systems, retrieval flows, and structured output agents Work with real-time STT → LLM → TTS loops (LiveKit, Cartesia, Soniox, Deepgram) Improve latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency 2. Automation & Backend DevelopmentBuild automation workflows usingLangChain, LangGraph, n8n Design and maintain backend APIs/services in Python or Node.js Manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant) Build data pipelines for finetuning, evaluation, and analytics 3. Data Science & Model OperationsRun experiments for STT benchmarking, prompt tuning, call quality scoring Analyse call logs at scale to improve agent performance Build monitoring dashboards and automated evaluation pipelines 4.
