You’ll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects to align business processes with scalable IT solutions and lead domain-specific innovation.In this role, you will:Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and business use cases Lead product development initiatives includingMVP ,PoC ,wireframing ,sprint planning , andvalidation Drive best practices and innovation strategies across digital platforms and engineering workflows Participate inarchitecture reviews ,platform selection , andsolution configuration validation Enableknowledge transfer ,stakeholder training , andcompetency development programs Act as a strategic advisor acrossdelivery ,analysis ,vendor coordination , andgovernance Supportpresales activitiesincludingRFP/RFI responsesandCoE initiatives Contribute tomobile app developmentforrig trackingandsmart competency platformsYour Profile12–18 years of experience in Oil & Gas digital transformation and IT delivery Strong domain expertise acrossupstream (exploration, drilling, reservoir) ,midstream (data management, real-time monitoring) , anddownstream (digital platforms, consulting) Hands-on experience withMicrosoft (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#)orJava , and cloud platforms likeAzureorAWS Proficiency with tools such asAzure DevOps ,JIRA ,ServiceNow ,Confluence ,SAP Quantum ,Kafka ,Figma Familiarity with Oil & Gas applications likeWellView ,Petrolink ,Kongsberg DWeb ,PressureView ,GEWS ,LogMaster Strong understanding of data and visualization tools:Oracle EMSDB ,MS Access ,Power BI ,PowerApps Bachelor’s degree inEngineering ,Petroleum ,Geoscience , orIT( Master’s/MBA preferred ) Experience inAgile ,Scrum ,PMP ,ITIL ,Lean Six Sigma , anddigital oilfield/smart field solutions Familiarity with platforms such asSAP IS-Oil ,Honeywell ,AVEVA ,OSIsoft PI ,SCADAWhat You’ll Love About Working HereWe value flexibility and support our employees with remote work options and adaptable schedules to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
