Configure and enhanceSiebel Order ManagementandProduct Catalogmodules. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements. Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and production rollout activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel CRM functionalities. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including BRDs, FSDs, and process flows. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.Core Requirements (Must-Have)5–8 yearsof experience as aSiebel CRM Functional Consultant. Strong expertise inSiebel Order ManagementandProduct Catalog. Mandatory experience with Siebel 21.x(configuration, workflows, business components, UI, etc.). StrongSQL skillsfor analysis, troubleshooting, and validation. Excellent understanding of Siebel CRM architecture, business flows, and configurations. Ability to handle complex functional design and solutioning independently.Nice-to-Have RequirementsExperience inTelecom domain(Telco CRM, order flow, fulfillment processes, provisioning, etc.). Exposure to Siebel Open UI upgrades or enhancements.
