The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and maintaining Siebel CRM modules for telecom-based applications, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and scalability across business functions.Key Responsibilities:Configure and customizeSiebel CRM modulessuch as:Account & Contact ManagementAssistant Agent / Billing CarePartner Relationship Management (PRM) / Dealer ManagementWorkforce ManagementField ServiceDevelopSiebel CRM ScriptingandOpen UIcomponents.Implement and maintainCRM Order ManagementandEAI integrations .Design and enhanceSiebel BI Publisher Reports .Collaborate with business analysts and integration teams to define requirements and deliver optimized CRM solutions.Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and system debugging for Siebel applications.Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration management, error handling, and system security.Participate inRODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery)implementations (Preferred).Document technical design, configuration steps, and user guides.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree inComputer Science, Engineering , or related field.3 – 8 years ofhands-on experience in Siebel CRM development .Expertise in:Siebel ConfigurationandWorkflowSiebel EAI(Integration Object, Data Maps, Workflows, VBC, Web Services)Siebel CRM Scripting (eScript, Browser Script)Open UI customizationOrder Management & Product ConfigurationExperience withSiebel BI Publisher ,Siebel Tools , andWebLogic server .Telecom domain experienceismandatory .Familiarity withRODOD architectureandAIA / SOA integrations(good to have).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Exposure toOracle Database / PL-SQL .Understanding ofAgile / DevOpsenvironments.Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelinesand version control (Git/Bitbucket).Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, distributed teams.If interested fill the details mentioned below and send your updated resume on
