Overview
RSM US India (USI) supports RSM U.S. risk consulting, transaction advisory, technical accounting, financial consulting, technology and management consulting, tax and assurance engagement teams by providing access to highly skilled professionals for repeatable business processes over an extended business day. USI is a member of RSM International, the sixth largest global network of independent accounting, tax and consulting firms.
Power Platform - Associate
RSM’s Power Factory, is a group of highly specialized, multi-disciplined individuals who possesses extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, specifically Power Platform, industry, technology consulting, and project management. We desire a confident individual who can think strategically and works well in a team environment. This individual should be versed in risk management, while also being task oriented and capable of meeting the tight deadlines that often come with implementation-related work. We are seeking an individual looking for career growth in a fast-paced environment, with accelerated leadership opportunities, and a rewarding work-life balance with this role. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience with Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Possess a strong understanding of Power Platform along with practical experience. Proficiency in PowerApps, Dataverse, Power Apps Portals, and Power Automate. Hands-on expertise in crafting technical solutions with PowerApps and Power Platform. Identify clients' business requirements during discovery meetings. Collaborate with the Development Team to architect and implement customizations, defining specifications and creating tailored solutions. Conduct end-user training and generate knowledge transfer documentation. Develop and continually refine Power Platform standards and tools. Deliver customized technology solution demonstrations. Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow team members, assisting with design and architectural responsibilities. Provide consulting services to clients regarding the design and implementation of Power Platform and associated tools within the MS Business Apps stack.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field + years of experience with Power Platform Fluent in English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in PowerApps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Portals) Experience in Power Automate Experience in Dataverse Fluent in PowerFx Experience in Power Bi Experience in .Net framework Experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline Experience in SQL Server Experience in Java Script, Angular or React Experience with Microsoft full stack development and/or AI Builder You want your next step to be the right one.
