**Role**: Dynamics with Power Platform.

**Location**: Bangalore | Hyderabad (Noida, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune can be considered to work from TechM Office Location) Hybrid.

**Experience**: 5 to 12 years

**Solution Architecture and Design**:
1. Conduct requirements gathering and analyze business needs to translate them into technical solutions.

2. Design and architect complex D365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

4. Contribute to Wave release analysis, identifying potential impacts and opportunities for D365 and Power Platform solutions.

5. Handle data migrations between different DB stacks

**Development and Implementation**:
1. Develop and implement custom D365 and Power Platform solutions, including workflows, integrations, and automations.

2. Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure solution quality.

3. Manage the deployment of D365 and Power Platform solutions to production environments.

4. Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.

5. Monitor system performance and identify potential improvements.

6. Finetune queries for performance and ensure that downstreams are able to consume data from DWH at scheduled intervals

Team Management:
1. Lead and mentor a team of D365 and Power Platform developers/analysts.

2. Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure team members are meeting deadlines and objectives.

3. Provide training, coaching, and support to develop team skills and knowledge.

4. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Communication and Collaboration:
1. Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet them.

3. Document solutions comprehensively for future reference and knowledge sharing.

**MUST-HAVE**:
D365 CRM, Power Platform(Model Driven App, Canvas App, Power Automate), C#, Java Script, Queues/Teams, Security components, PCF Control

**Salary**: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 9 years (preferred)
- Power Platform: 4 years (preferred)
- PCF Control: 2 years (preferred)
