With our last Series C round, we have now raised $140 million in equity capital since inception.We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Global Compliance product initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and strategic direction of our compliance products on a global scale. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams in creating innovative solutions that address regulatory challenges and ensure our customers' compliance needs are met effectively.Key Strategy and Vision:- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Global Compliance, aligning with the company's objectives and market demands.- Define a clear vision for the compliance products, considering global regulatory landscapes and industry standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, and regulatory experts to ensure successful product development and launch.- Foster open communication and alignment among various teams to drive product excellence.Data-Driven Decision Making:- Utilize data analytics and insights to inform product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements.- Monitor product metrics to assess the success of product initiatives and inform optimization efforts.Customer-Centric Approach:- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and feedback related to compliance solutions.- Incorporate user insights into the product design and development process to ensure customer satisfaction.Product Development and Enhancement:- Lead the development of new compliance features, enhancements, and integrations to meet evolving regulatory demands.- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality, security, and scalability.Stakeholder Communication:- Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, sales teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Computer Science, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).- Experience ranging from 4 to 10 years with minimum 3+ years of product management- Must have experience building cloud SaaS and/or data visualization products.- Must have experience building software products for Indian and International customers.- Good to have (not required) Finance/Compliance experience (professional or academic)- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.- Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.- Deep understanding of global compliance regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
