Support in preparation and filing of regulatory returns and reports with the Reserve Bank of India. Review and maintain documentation for inbound and outbound remittances, FDI reporting, and share allotment processes. Monitor and update changes in FEMA/RBI regulations, circulars, and notifications, and assess their impact on clients or internal processes. Coordinate with banks, clients, and regulatory authorities for compliance queries or clarifications.
