Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for an Associate Product Manager. The APM will be responsible for assisting and managing the entire lifecycle of a product, from inception to launch. This includes market research, product planning and strategy, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development.


Broad Responsibilities:

  • Own e-com products and business metrics, understand and improve customer experience
  • Create product vision through long-term product strategy that is focused on driving higher conversions & repeats across our brands
  • Build an overall product Roadmap that helps our business leaders achieve their goals and drive growth
  • Own products and business metrics, understand and improve customer experience through data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with Tech Product, Business & Marketing teams to create quarterly and monthly plans and set clear expectations while prioritizing different projects
  • Independently identify opportunities & gaps to improve Marketing funnel - Conversion & AOV Scope, prioritize and lead their validation and execution end-to-end
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong in coordinating with data teams and collating data through multiple touch-points like Shopify, MoEngage, GA4, A/B Test Tools etc to conclude on benchmarking and impact analysis
  • Provide leadership in defining MVPs or Experiments that allow us to test our hypothesis while delivering a delightful customer experience
  • Work in collaboration with technical and UX/UI teams to drive product development
  • Analyse consumer feedback and translate into actionable insights to improve conversion rates. Break the solutions into user stories, use cases and functional requirements covering the whole customer journey
  • Responsible for the overall success of the brand’s mobile apps to drive higher retention and reach
  • Work on Market research and competitor analysis
  • Work with PG providers provides to enhance the checkout journeys for consumers and also manage PG accounts for the brands


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Up to 1 – 3 years of Experience working as an Associate Product Manager/Product Associate (preferably e-commerce/D2C brands).
  • Good knowledge of Shopify, Mobile Apps E-commerce Tech, along with an with a focus on UI and UX
  • Good understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, conversion rate, driving higher retention
  • Well versed with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) activities and industry benchmarks
  • Great knowledge of Tools for A/B Testing, Data Analysis, Customer Engagement, Product Development and Management
  • D2C Brand App Growth experience will be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable with Tech Stack/Understanding of API Architecture, E-commerce on Shopify
  • Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problem


Few Points to Keep in Mind

  • Your product strategy and vision are most effective when they are substantiated with real user interactions and data analytics
  • A list of 5-7 items for the next release with a clear sense of priority will go a long way to ensure that the release is both effective and on-time
  • While working closely with Engineering, Content developers and other product people, it is crucial to identify dependencies early on for a smooth release
  • In spirit, you are the CEO of your product
  • A simple annotated wireframe is much better than a 10 page PRD
  • A feature no matter how great it sounds, is a true success only when it can be measured
  • Not all your features will be a runaway success and will need constant fine-tuning on an iterative basis
