About The Role:- The Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, while maintaining clear communication with clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.- This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of design processes, client needs, and project logistics. What Makes The Role Successful?Project Leadership: Take full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the projects, ensuring all project objectives and client expectations are met. Budget and Timeline Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Control: Ensure that all design work and construction activities meet the company's standards of quality, design specifications, and client expectations. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns. Vendor and Contractor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all materials and services are delivered on time and meet the required standards. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for both clients and internal stakeholders, tracking project progress and ensuring transparency and accountability. What We're Looking For?- You are a project management professional with at least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.- You hold a diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.- You possess a solid understanding of the various trades and subcontractors involved in interior fit-outs.- You are tech-savvy and have a proven track record of successfully adopting digital tools and technology initiatives.- You thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality results without compromising customer satisfaction.- You work well under pressure and can operate independently with minimal supervision.- You are aligned with the Company's core values of teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
