The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.Responsibilities- Manage Production as per schedule. - Communicate with APL for orders , clarifications and approvals. - Coordinate and bridge between APL and our Team. - Allot Shift duties and job rotation of employees and workers. - Ensure proper quality checks during production and dispatch. - Ensure SOP’s Implementation and make SOP’s where ever it is required. - Ensure timely execution of orders - Ensure that all orders are dispatched as per standard SOP after cross checking the qty , Design and Quality. - Manage resources like RM, Spares, Ink, etc. as per production plan. - Ensure proper invoicing and timely GST deposition and return filing by the company. - Ensure emergency purchases - Ensure Statutory compliances related to project - MIS and Data presentation as per standard frequency .Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of SAP - Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Strong organizational and communication skills - Strong ability to multitask - Comfort working with multiple groups within business
