About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in identifying and acquiring new creative and advertising opportunities. If you're someone who can open doors with brands and bring in fresh business across digital, ATL/BTL, and creative mandates, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new clients with creative and advertising requirements.
• Understand brand challenges and propose customized creative and marketing solutions.
• Pitch Schbang's services – digital campaigns, video production, social media content, branding, design, influencer marketing, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing heads and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media) to craft compelling proposals.
• Track leads, follow up, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Stay up to date with advertising trends, industry news, and competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital/creative agency or media/ad sales background.
• Proven experience in acquiring new clients for creative and advertising requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and understand brand needs.
• Self-starter with a passion for advertising and marketing.
