  • CAD Expertise: Utilize CAD software to design equipment, workstations, and production layouts for efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing tools and principles to drive continuous improvement in production processes, including problem-solving and waste reduction.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of process changes, equipment specifications, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all equipment and processes comply with regulatory standards, particularly in ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling and PCBA testing environments.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within Medical Devices or Electronics industries.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for equipment design and layout.
  • Hands-on experience in process development for manual and semi-automated assembly lines.
  • Experience in PCBA handling and testing processes.
  • Strong understanding of ESD standards and training.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.


Skills:

  • Expertise in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for equipment and layout design.
  • Experience in process development and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) testing and handling procedures.
  • Knowledge of ESD standards and best practices for electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and lead design reviews effectively.
