About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of utility-scale ground mount solar plants across Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing solar installations with demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution of ground mount solar installations from pre-construction to commissioning
  • Manage and coordinate multiple contractors, laborers, and vendors across different project sites
  • Liaise with government officials for permits, approvals, and compliance requirements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and technical specifications
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Handle site-related challenges and implement corrective measures
  • Coordinate with internal teams including procurement, design, and finance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in utility-scale solar projects
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects in India
  • Strong experience in contractor management and labor coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to work with government officials and regulatory bodies
  • Excellent knowledge of solar plant components, construction methodologies, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite

  • Effective communication in English and Hindi
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Physical Requirements
  • Willing to travel extensively across multiple project sites in Rajasthan (50-70% travel)
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions and walk construction sites
  • Valid driving license
Additional Requirements
  • Knowledge of local language would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with relevant government policies and renewable energy regulations
