Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.- Architect and implement complex front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js.- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js.- Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability across the application stack.- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and technical sessions.- Drive technical decision-making and contribute to architectural and Deliverables :- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.- Reduce system latency and improve user experience through optimized coding practices.- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with minimal defects.- Establish best practices and frameworks for long-term Qualifications :- 9+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.- Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js.- Deep understanding of front-end performance optimization and responsive design.- Solid experience in backend architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
