IT Principal Consultant – Planning & S&OP (Aurora Program) Project Context: This is a strategic global transformation initiative focused on redesigning and deploying advanced planning capabilities across markets. The consultant will support thePlanning workstream —contributing to data validation, functional and user acceptance testing, deployment, and post–go-live stabilization. Role Summary: The IT Principal Consultant will play a key role in implementing Planning and S&OP processes acrossAPAC markets , working closely with the Aurora Planning project team, DTS, regional business units, and IT to ensure the successful delivery of program milestones. Key Responsibilities: Support thedesign and configurationof planning processes and tools. Validateinbound/outbound dataandstatistical forecasting models . Participate inPre-UAT functional testingandUAT execution . Collaborate with business units forissue/bug triage and resolution . Developtest casesand ensuretest data/environment readiness . Supportdefect resolutionandstakeholder walkthroughs/sign-offs . Contribute tochange management ,training materials , anddocumentation . Providehands-on support during cutover and hypercarephases, monitoring data accuracy and performance. Partner with regional teams to driveconsistency in execution and adoption . Required Skills & Experience: 2–3 years of experience withKinaxis RapidResponseor similar advanced planning tools. Background inPlanning, S&OP, forecasting, or supply chain analytics . ProvenUAT experience —test case creation, defect tracking, and stakeholder alignment. Strongcommunication and stakeholder managementskills across global teams. SAP/APOexperience preferred (especially for Supply Planning). Proficiency in Excel ; familiarity withAzure DevOps(training can be provided). Ability to thrive in afast-paced, cross-regional project environment . Engagement Details: Work Hours:Flexible, aligned to project milestones and testing schedules. May require coordination acrossNorth American and APACtime zones. Work Setup:Remote; candidates must use theirown devices . Occasional office visits may be required for local candidates. Work Scope:Hands-on testing, data validation, coordination, root cause analysis, training support, and change documentation.
