Greetings from TATA Consultancy ServicesThank you for expressing your interest in exploring a career possibility with the TCS Family.Hiring For: ServiceNow HRSD DeveloperLocation: MumbaiExperience: 5- 7 YearMode Of Interview: Virtual InterviewNotice period: less than 45 daysMust Have:Technical Competency- Experience in development and customization of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery [Employee Service Management] applications, including: - HR Case Management - HR Knowledge Management - Employee Service Center (Portal) - Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events) - Employee Document Management - Performance Analytics for HR - Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) - Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs - Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experience - Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing - Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS - Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD - Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology - Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Behavioral competency- Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written) - Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively - Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
