Eligibility (Mandatory Criteria):

- Currently working in NBFC/ AMC / Mutual Fund sector (minimum 3 years)

- Prior NBFC / Mutual fund experience with secretarial & RBI compliance exposure

- CS qualification (LLB preferred)

- Min 7 - 10 years of total relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and RBI requirements for NBFCs and Mutual funds.

- Handle Board, AGM, and EGM meetings including minutes, resolutions, and annual reports

- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely RoC and regulatory filings

- Draft and vet legal documents and shareholder communications

- Provide compliance advisory to the Board and top management

- Ensure smooth functioning of Board Committees (Audit, NRC, CSR, etc.)

Skills Required:

- Strong command over Corporate Laws, RBI guidelines and Secretarial Practices

- Excellent drafting, communication, and advisory skills

- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters
