Job Title: Pharma/Light Industrial Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pharma/Light Industrial Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for the pharmaceutical and light industries, with a proven track record of sourcing and placing top talent in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts, to identify and attract qualified candidates for pharmaceutical and light industrial roles.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure a strong fit for the organization's needs.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Work closely with recruiting managers and department heads to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and desired skills for open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate engagement.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve overall recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or light industries.
- Strong understanding of the specific roles and skills required in the pharma and light industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in pharma/light industrial recruitment.
