About the Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pharma/Light Industrial Recruiter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for the pharmaceutical and light industries, with a proven track record of sourcing and placing top talent in these sectors.

  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts, to identify and attract qualified candidates for pharmaceutical and light industrial roles.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure a strong fit for the organization's needs.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Work closely with recruiting managers and department heads to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and desired skills for open positions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or light industries.
  • Strong understanding of the specific roles and skills required in the pharma and light industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in pharma/light industrial recruitment.
