Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to join our team as a **Sales Operations** specialist. This position provides vital support across sales operations and executive administration, reporting to both the Head of Sales and the Managing Partner. Key responsibilities include coordinating agendas, documenting meeting outcomes, supporting business development and account management, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and document meeting minutes, ensuring thorough coverage of key points discussed and action items identified.
- Assist in organizing meeting agendas, coordinating with team members to cover relevant topics, and ensuring follow-ups.
- Track and facilitate timely follow-up on action items with account managers and the business development team.
- Conduct research to support sales and marketing initiatives, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide general administrative support.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner and external stakeholders, drafting and proofreading communications as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintain organized records, and provide ad hoc support to the sales and executive teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, executive assistance, or a similar role, ideally in a remote environment.
- Strong familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Power BI is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
