The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide teams toward successful delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities : - Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity of requirements.- Remove impediments to the teams progress and foster a collaborative environment.- Track sprint progress and help the team meet commitments through continuous improvement.- Promote Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business objectives.- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.- Experience working in product-based or SaaS companies preferred.- Certification such as CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master is a plus.Why Join Us : - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing product company.- Collaborative and innovation-driven culture.- Exposure to modern Agile practices and cutting-edge technologies.
