This role will be based out ofMumbaiand is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing complex IAM projects across enterprise environments. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and delivery, ensuring IAM solutions are aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution ofIAM projects , ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to define project objectives and success criteria. Manage resources, project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and leadership teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure IAM implementations adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders. Coordinate UAT, training, and post-implementation support.Requirements: 6+ years of experiencein IT project management, with a strong focus onIAM technologies and implementations . Proven track record of delivering complex IAM projects involving tools likeOkta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity , etc. Strong understanding of IAM concepts including user lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access governance. Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Project Management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
