Role: IAM Engineer Experience: 6 to 8yrs Location: Chennai Interview Mode: Virtual We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise inPing Identityand/orForgeRockplatforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level identity and access management solutions to ensure secure and seamless access across systems and applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Design, implement, and support IAM solutions usingPing Identity (PingFederate, Ping Access, PingID)and/orForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS) Develop and manage authentication, authorization, and federation solutions (SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and third-party platforms Develop custom policies, workflows, and connectors for identity lifecycle and access governance Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of IAM platforms Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to define and enforce access controls Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide root cause analysis and remediation PRIMARY SKILLS 5–10 years of hands-on experience in IAM, including design and implementation Strong working knowledge ofPing Identity suiteand/orForgeRock Identity Platform Experience withauthentication protocols(SAML, OAuth2, OIDC) anddirectory services(LDAP, Active Directory) Solid understanding of IAM lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC, and access certification Scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, Groovy, Shell) Familiarity with cloud IAM integrations (AWS IAM, Azure AD)
