As a scaling business unit, we are focused on achieving aggressive revenue growth and global market expansion.Position Overview:EC-Council is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Product Head to lead the AWARE Business Unit, our flagship platform for Cybersecurity Awareness Training, Human Risk Management, and Phishing Simulation Solutions. This is a leadership role for an experienced cybersecurity product management professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will define the product roadmap, drive innovation, and deliver a world-class platform that strengthens organizations against cyber threats.The ideal candidate has deep expertise in cybersecurity SaaS products, understands the intersection of technology, behaviour, and enterprise risk, and has successfully led product teams through the full product lifecycle — from ideation to global scale.Responsibilities- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EC-Council’s AWARE platform across global markets. - Drive product innovation in areas such as phishing/smishing/vishing simulations, gamified training, behavioural analytics, and AI-driven learning personalization. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and content teams to deliver scalable, engaging, and high-impact security awareness products. - Translate market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable product initiatives. - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. - Engage with enterprise customers, CISOs, and security leaders to gather feedback and position AWARE in the global market. - Mentor a high-performance product team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Requirements- 12–18 years of product management experience, with at least 10+ years in cybersecurity. - Proven success in building and scaling cybersecurity products or awareness training platforms. - Deep understanding of security awareness, social engineering, phishing simulations, and user behaviour analytics. - Strong business acumen with ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product innovation. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills — able to influence across global cross-functional teams. - Technical background (Computer Science, Information Security, or related field) strongly preferred; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.Additional InformationEC-Council is an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
