As we move toward beta launch, we are looking for an outreach and partnerships expert to help us engage enterprise buyers, tech vendors, and secure early commitments.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven outreach and partnerships specialist to join our team. This position will require an individual who is comfortable starting from ground zero. In this role, you will be responsible for generating early market validation, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, securing Letters of Intent (LOIs), and nurturing leads through our onboarding process. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in enterprise sales, B2B outreach, and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of building and executing successful outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to generate interest and engage key prospects (enterprise buyers and tech vendors) in the high-tech market network.
  • Craft cold emails, messages, and outreach content for both buyers and sellers, leveraging tailored messaging to secure meetings, interviews, and sign-ups.
  • Use tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clearbit, Hunter.io, and RocketReach to prospect, research, and engage potential leads in the enterprise technology space.
  • Manage and track outreach campaigns, ensuring follow-ups are timely and messages are personalized for maximum response.

Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with procurement leaders, tech vendors, and decision-makers to ensure high engagement and interest in early-stage participation.
  • Use strategic communication to move leads through the pipeline from initial interest to LOI signing or waitlist sign-ups.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and leverage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and manage lead interactions.
  • Organise and manage pre-launch webinars, demos, and Q&A sessions to drive engagement and answer prospect questions.

Market Validation & Insights:

  • Conduct buyer interviews, surveys, and discovery calls to gather insights on pain points, challenges, and needs in tech procurement.
  • Leverage customer feedback to refine the platform's messaging and offerings, ensuring alignment with market demand.
  • Collect and share valuable insights that can influence product development and marketing strategies.

Letter of Intent (LOI) Management:

  • Draft, manage, and send LOIs to secure early commitments from enterprise buyers and tech vendors.
  • Track signed LOIs, follow up with leads who haven't signed, and address any concerns or questions regarding participation.
  • Ensure LOI agreements are properly documented, logged, and accessible for tracking purposes.

Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry players, accelerators, and key ecosystem partners to amplify outreach and build credibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align outreach efforts and ensure prospects are fully informed about the platform's value proposition.
  • Assist with pitch decks and presentations for potential partners and investors.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and report on outreach campaign performance (response rates, LOI conversion, etc.), providing insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Maintain regular updates on lead status, LOI progress, and potential market shifts.
  • Analyze customer discovery data to inform product feature prioritization and future outreach efforts.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales, enterprise outreach, or partnerships management in a tech-focused environment.
  • Proven experience with lead generation, relationship management, and market validation in a startup or scaling tech company.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Sales Navigator, and other outreach tools.
  • Experience in enterprise sales, particularly in tech procurement, SaaS, or B2B marketplaces, is a significant plus.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to craft compelling emails, messages, and presentations tailored to different buyer personas.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on relationship-building and trust-building.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse lead metrics, validate market demand, and make recommendations for optimizing outreach strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Previous experience working with enterprise-level buyers, particularly in procurement or innovation teams.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and LOI drafting.
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms, SaaS products, or tech procurement solutions.
  • Previous start-up or early-stage company experience, particularly in a growth role.
