We’re Hiring: Associate Manager – Finance / Manager – FinanceNeed candidates from IT Services Companies OnlyLocation: Pune, IndiaExperience: 5-7 yearsQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)About the OpportunityA rapidly growing global digital transformation and technology services organization is seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of General Ledger (GL) Controllership, Financial Reporting, and Taxation functions.The role offers exposure to US GAAP / IFRS reporting, automation initiatives, and cross-border tax advisory, providing the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environmentKey ResponsibilitiesGL Controllership & Financial Reporting- Oversee the general ledger accounting process, ensuring timely month-end and year-end closures. - Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews and variance analysis to validate accruals and amortizations. - Maintain and reconcile GAAP difference schedules (leases, provisions, ECL, etc.) ensuring compliance under US GAAP for group reporting. - Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely closure of trade and non-trade balances. - Lead financial consolidation and management reporting across multiple entities. - Drive process automation within SAP BYD for reporting, eliminations, and consolidation. - Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under US GAAP / IGAAP / IFRS. - Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and ensure smooth audit readiness. - Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to support budgeting and cost optimization.Taxation- Manage filing and compliance for Income Tax, GST, and other statutory returns. - Lead transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements, and tax assessments. - Oversee tax audits and advisory on Indian and international tax matters (OECD, BEPS, DTAA). - Implement tax planning initiatives to optimize tax positions and minimize liabilities. - Partner with external consultants for cross-border structuring, compliance, and due diligenceQualifications- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA equivalent. - 3–5 years of experience in GL accounting, controllership, and taxation, ideally within a multinational IT or SaaS company. - Proficient in GAAP / IFRS frameworks, SAP / Oracle, and financial reporting automation. - Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, GST, and international taxation practices. - Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skillsWhat You’ll Gain- Exposure to global finance operations and enterprise-scale transformation projects. - Opportunity to lead automation and process improvement initiatives. - Collaborative culture built on innovation, compliance, and continuous learning.Ready to grow your finance career with a global technology organization?Apply today or tag someone who could be a great fit#FinanceJobs #CharteredAccountant #HiringNow #USGAAP #IFRS #SAPBYD #Taxation #FinancialReporting #PuneJobs #CA #AccountingCareers #DigitalTransformation
