Responsibilities 

· Acts as project manager for implementing hospital digital healthcare solution. 

· Leads the implementation team assigned.

· Develop project planning and it’s implementation along with the team members

· Should be hands on to take the task and should be able to execute it by yourself which includes Project planning, Master uploading, Gap analyses, Training, Testing.

· Clearly communicate project plan and progress update to all stakeholders including promoters and should be able to raise flags at the right time for any risk or timeline mismatch.

· Will be responsible for end to end HIS Implementation in a hospital

Qualifications

· Must be MBA Healthcare and bachelor in healthcare domain.

· Must have 4 to 10 yrs experience in HIMS all modules Implementation.

· Must have experience in implementing 250+ beds hospitals as a manager.

· Must have given training to hospital staff in following modules Clinical and Non-Clinical.

· Must have project management skills and experience and also well versed with verbal and written communication with hospital users, IT staff, senior management from both sides and other stakeholders.  

· Should be well versed in in English/Hindi and one regional language like Telugu/Bengali/Gujarati/ Tamil/Kannada.

· Must be open to travel extensively and has to stay for the duration of the project at the hospital site.
