We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs. This role requires a combination of in-depth Salesforce expertise, leadership skills, and client interaction abilities. You'll collaborate with top-tier experts, tackle complex challenges, and contribute to transformative Salesforce projects.In this role, you will work with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud while advancing your knowledge with certifications and cutting-edge technologies.Location: Based at TechStorm, India OfficesJob ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs or MuleSoft.Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions following best practices.Communicate with project managers, clients, and developers throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.Define requirements, estimate timelines, and oversee data migration strategies.Ensure solutions meet evolving business needs while maintaining high availability and security.Job Skills & QualificationsRequired:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, MySQL, and JavaScript, as well as integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs or middleware like MuleSoft.Certifications: Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), with a preference for Platform Developer II.Preferred:Experience with Salesforce implementations in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Nonprofits.Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces and working with multi-cloud environments.About TechStorm:Founded in Dublin in 2016, TechStorm is an IT services organisation focused on delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.
