We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Professional to spearhead technology strategy, solution development and end-to-end architecture for large-scale enterprise initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Design and govern comprehensive technical architectures and solutions for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)Collaborate with stakeholders, business architects and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutionsLead complex data migration activities from other platforms, ensuring data quality, accurate data mapping, reconciliation and a seamless transition into SalesforceDevelop and oversee end-to-end data migration architectures, including metadata mapping, ETL/ELT workflows, handling high-volume datasets and phased migration wavesDesign integration patterns, data models, data flows and API strategies across enterprise systemsPartner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with the broader IT landscape and organizational standardsCreate high-level and low-level design documents, architecture diagrams and technical roadmapsGovern code quality, DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines to align with enterprise standardsRequirements:To succeed in this role, you'll need:At least 12 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Integration and platform architectureA proven track record of architecting solutions for large enterprise clients with complex systemsStrong capability in designing scalable data models, sharing/security models and multi-cloud architectureProficiency in DevOps/CI-CD, version control (Git) and environment managementHands-on experience with Salesforce best practices, performance optimization and platform governanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present architectural concepts to business and technical audiencesThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to innovate and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem.
