SEO & Google Ads Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics, digital advertising platforms, and a strong track record of leveraging insights to maximize campaign performance.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications or courses in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience (1+ years) in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads).
Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- SEO & keyword knowledge
