Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales, located in Peddapuram. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining key client relationships. This role involves analytical tasks, team management, and sales performance monitoring. The Head of Sales will also be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the team meets sales targets.

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Proficient in Team Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the food production industry is a mandatory
