Our culture values curiosity, experiment and learning. JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an innovative and resourcefulAI Solution Specialistto lead our internal AI initiatives. This role will act as abridge between technology and business, working across Development, Marketing, Data, and R&D teams toidentify opportunities, explore cutting-edge AI solutions, and help implement tools and processes that improve efficiency, decision-making, and innovation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with internal departments toidentify challenges and opportunitieswhere AI can bring measurable value.Conduct discovery sessions with team leads and managers tounderstand departmental needs and workflows.Research, evaluate, and present relevantAI tools, platforms, and trendsfor practical business applications.Lead theprototyping and demonstration of AI use casesacross various functions.Work with tech and data teams tosupport implementation or integrationof AI solutions.Coach the internal teams on the importance and impact of AI, helping them understand its practical relevance in their domains.Encourage and facilitate idea generation, motivating team members to bring forward more AI-related use cases and innovations.Build and maintain aninternal AI resource repositorywith use cases, best practices, and knowledge-sharing tools.Train and guide teamson AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical use through workshops and internal sessions.Stay informed about the evolving AI landscape and continuously explorehow it can support company goals. QUALIFICATIONS 3 to 5 years of experience inAI-focused roles,solution engineering, orinnovation-led initiatives.Strong understanding ofAI/ML conceptsand hands-on familiarity with tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or no-code/low-code AI platforms.Excellentcommunication and analytical thinking, comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical teams.Demonstrated experience inproblem discovery, research, and solution design, with an open, learning-oriented mindset.Proactive and self-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and effectively manages cross-departmental initiatives. Nice to Have:Experience withprompt engineering, API integrations, or building PoCs with AI models.Knowledge ofdata pipelines, automation tools, or AI implementation in marketing and development environments.Background inUI/UX thinkingorchange management.Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
