Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: In-office (4 days per week); Alternate Saturdays are working.



Experience Required: 5+ years


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle PPM Consultant to join the consulting team for one of our prominent clients. This role requires a strong functional background in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud, with expertise in ERP and Financials modules. As a consultant, you will be pivotal in driving the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions, contributing to high-impact projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage Oracle PPM Cloud implementations, ensuring seamless delivery and integration of solutions across various business functions.
  • Specialize in core Oracle PPM Cloud offerings, including Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Control, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth business process mapping and fit/gap analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance financial business processes (Level 1-3) and align with industry best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and Oracle support teams to resolve complex functional issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage advanced Cloud tools such as FSM, rapid implementation templates, and ADFdi to optimize project execution and improve efficiency.
  • Produce comprehensive functional specifications and design OTBI reports and analytics to meet specific client requirements and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Manage PPM Cloud integrations with proficiency in Data Loaders, Spreadsheet Data Loaders, and other relevant integration tools to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
  • Configure and manage PPM Cloud security settings, workflows, and user access control mechanisms to ensure compliance and operational security.
  • Provide targeted training and knowledge transfer to client teams, equipping them with the expertise needed to utilize Oracle PPM Cloud effectively.
  • Apply exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve intricate business challenges, delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PPM Cloud implementations and support.
  • Extensive functional knowledge and proficiency in Oracle ERP/Financials modules, with a focus on Oracle PPM Cloud offerings.
  • Strong experience in business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and managing finance business processes (Level 1-3).
  • In-depth understanding of and experience with Oracle Cloud tools, including FSM, rapid implementation templates, and ADFdi.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address and resolve functional issues, particularly in escalated situations with clients and Oracle support teams.
  • Proficiency in drafting functional specifications and developing OTBI reports and analytics to support client reporting and data visualization needs.
  • Solid expertise in PPM Cloud integrations, including Data Loaders and Spreadsheet Data Loaders, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
  • Extensive experience in configuring Oracle PPM Cloud security, managing user workflows, and overseeing access control.
  • Previous exposure to Oracle EBS is preferred, providing additional insights into integrated systems.
  • Certification in PPM or Financial Cloud offerings is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities to deliver innovative and effective solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Oracle EBS is advantageous.
  • Possession of Oracle Cloud PPM/Financial modules certification is strongly preferred.
