As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Onboarding Manager to join our HR team. This is a crucial role that involves ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new hires based in the USA.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Onboarding Coordination:**

- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and schedule onboarding sessions, training, and orientation programs.

2. **Communication and Written Skills:**

- Exhibit excellent communication and written skills to convey information clearly and professionally.

- Craft engaging onboarding materials and documentation for new hires.

3. **Background Checks and Drug Tests:**

- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of background checks and drug tests for candidates.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the screening process.

4. **Candidate Follow-ups:**

- Demonstrate persistence and politeness in following up with candidates to gather necessary onboarding documentation.

- Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

5. **Process Improvement:**

- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline the onboarding process, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Onboarding Manager or in a similar HR role, with a focus on onboarding candidates in the USA.

- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, including scheduling background checks and drug tests.

- Exceptional communication and written skills.

- High level of persistence and professionalism in candidate follow-ups.

- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing onboarding processes in the USA.

**Education and Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of (X) years of experience in onboarding or HR roles.
