**SA Technologies Inc. is hiring for Sr. Manager Infrastrcutre in Pune, MH.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure, including data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage and supervise a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure IT infrastructure needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT infrastructure, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Develop and manage budgets for IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network systems.
- Experience with Azure Cloud and Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of managing company assets, including software and hardware inventory, licensing, and maintenance.
- Ability to manage on-premise servers and network infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
