Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Knowledge of laboratory tests on aerosol products to verify their chemical and physical properties.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Identify and report any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) or quality guidelines.
- Work closely with 3Ps to implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including local, state, and federal regulations related to aerosol manufacturing at 3Ps site.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in aerosol manufacturing quality assurance.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve overall quality.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality.
- Collaborate with different manufacturing sites to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to aerosol manufacturing.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
