Description :- Own and drive test strategy, planning, and architecture design for storage solutions.- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Python & PyTest.- Lead performance, reliability, and regression testing initiatives.- Mentor and guide QA engineers on best practices in automation and debugging.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, DevOps) to ensure product quality at every stage.- Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting of issues in block, file, and object storage systems.Requirements :- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Automation.- Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on expertise in PyTest.- Solid understanding of storage systems (block, file, object).- Experience in designing test architectures and frameworks.- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and also lead a team of QA engineers.- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities (ref:hirist.tech)
