AI Integration Specialist (Remote)

We're looking for a skilled and experienced AI Integration Specialist to join our team. In this remote role, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying complex AI-powered integration solutions using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of iPaaS concepts, a proven track record with Workato, and hands-on experience leveraging its AI capabilities to solve business Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable integration solutions using the Workato platform.

- Leverage Workato's AI features, including AI by Workato, IDP, and Agentic AI, to automate complex workflows and drive business value.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies.

- Configure and manage API connections, webhooks, and data mappings between various enterprise applications.

- Write and maintain custom scripts (e.g., Python, Ruby, JavaScript) within Workato recipes to handle complex logic.

- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration recipes to ensure reliability and performance.

- Monitor and optimize existing integrations, ensuring they align with best practices and company standards.

- Stay current with the latest trends in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLM), and the Workato platform to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all integration processes and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 6+ years of proven, hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying integrations using the Workato platform.

- Strong understanding of iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) concepts and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) patterns.

- Demonstrated experience with Workato's AI capabilities, including building solutions with AI by Workato, IDP, or Agentic AI.

- Proficiency in working with various APIs (REST, SOAP), webhooks, and different data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript) for custom logic within Workato recipes is a plus.

- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Workato certifications (e.g., Automation Pro I, II, III, Integration Developer) are highly desirable.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
