Creative Designer (Contract – 6 Months) Duration:6 Months (Contract Role)Who are we? noon is the largest e-commerce player in the Middle East and is quickly becoming the go-to platform for all online customer needs. We’re on a mission to build the future of online shopping, and we’re looking for exceptional creative talent to join us.What you’ll do? Creative Vision & Strategy:Define the visual direction for campaigns and projects to align with business goals and brand identity. Hands-on Design:Develop and deliver high-quality creative outputs including key visuals, graphics, motion content, and other marketing collaterals. Concept Development:Translate ideas into strong creative concepts across digital, social, and offline platforms. Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Quality & Consistency:Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity. Trend Spotting:Stay updated with global design and motion trends, and apply them to elevate our creative work.Requirements Education:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields. Experience:3-4 years in creative roles, preferably within e-commerce, advertising, or digital-first brands. Hands-On Expertise:Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects, and familiarity with AI design tools. Motion Graphics Advantage:Candidates with motion graphics/animation skills will be given preference. Collaboration:Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders. Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic environment.Who will excel? At noon, we believe “noon isn’t for everyone.
